A Grand Don’t Come for Free review
The Street’s A Grand Don’t Come for Free is an amazing record. One might classify it as underground British hip-hop, which is pretty damn cool if not a little pretentious to be caught listening to. The emotional openness of the album is reminiscent of Eminem, which is endearing. Unlike most albums, each song doesn’t stand well on its own (with the exception of “Blinded by the Light”), though together, they form a powerful album. It’s well worth a listen.
