As a person that doesn't eat meat (without flouting around the label 'vegetarian'), I enjoy the creative process of preparing and cooking the food I eat, as well as the immense health benefits. I'll choose falafels over co-opted-oh-so-clever-cultural-crit any day.

Perhaps it's inevitable though that the early agricultural practices would become unsustainable as population increased--so the only difference between modern and ancient agriculture may be the scale.</description>
