Like the metric system, Jaguar's pretty easy to learn once you stop trying to translate everything in your head. "The Missing Manual" by O'Reilly is a big help, by the way, IMHO. But I completely agree about Mozilla, so far no problems. Have you tried using iChat yet, i'm not sure whether they have it on an institution version of Jaguar but it's pretty crappy--I tried using AIM but all the messages -to- me seem to pop up in iChat. Weird. The terminal program seems to be pretty spiffy other than the fact you can't scroll using the up/down keys anymore, I'm sure there's some kind of fix for it though. Oh, and the iBook, it's great :) I say this because I just bought one for this school year, and so far, no problems. However I think I could do with some more RAM (I only have 384 megs).
