is the lawyer to those two cat women utterly retarded? fair enough, you can’t get the weird-sadist-guy-next-door in trouble for erecting a fence on his own property, or for writing his own choice of slogan on it, but…well, go take another look at the picture.
see where the original fence is, the small chicken wire one that’s about half the height of the pink one? well, if that smaller fence marks the divide between the two plots of land as i assume it does, then it’s pretty apparent that mr. psycho would’ve had to come around into the women’s garden to paint his vicious slogan on the pink fence. so do him for trespassing! he’ll be given at least a hundred years.
bingo, problem solved. man, watching all that quincey and judge judy has done me a power of good.
