Encino is a small suburban neighborhood 15 miles from Los Angeles, recognizable from the 1992 flick Encino Man starring Brendan Fraser. In case the Fox News audience had a hard time figuring out where Encino is, this helpful graphic puts Encino is a broader geographical context.

If Los Angeles is not a known reference point, we may glean that Los Angeles is in California, and California is in the United States, and the United States is in Earth.
